Vehicle History
We bought #95 in September 2006 from a private seller in Coffs Harbour; they had owned #95 for a couple of years. Before this it was owned by Microsoft who purchased it in 2002 as a promotional vehicle for XBOX. History prior to this is unknown, but #95 started life as a 13 seat tour bus, so one could assume it was owned by a tour operator.
In 2002 Microsoft had the vehicle modified to suit their needs; this was the removal of the rear seats and an inclusion of a side opening door, all of which was approved by an engineer.
The pop top was installed by city 4x4 in Sydney at the request of the previous (to me) owner.

The thing to remember when considering an OKA is they are built tough and as a consequence are a little rough round the edges, almost agricultural. If you are looking for a serious 4WD camper / motorhome conversion, OKA's offer the best package for the money. Land Cruisers are great and I doubt anyone will ever disagree, but not many people would want to travel long term in the confined living space. No expense has been spared in the preparation and conversion of this OKA. It is built for a family of three to travel in comfort, almost luxury for as long as needed.
