Since owning #95 I have carried out extensive mechanical work.

" Replaced front and rear shocks
|
" Replaced turbo with new Garrett unit
|
" Replaced water pump
|
" Rewiring
|
" Fitted fuel tank breathers (for deep water crossings)
|
" Replaced brake lines, fitted new bias adjuster and pads all round
|
" Replaced exhaust manifold
|
" Replaced rear hub seals
|
" Replaced fuel lines and tank changeover mechanism
|
" Replaced gear change linkages
|
" Replaced all shackle bushes
|
" Fitted new UJ's
|

|
Modifications
|
Lots of modifications have been carried out, mostly to make #95 more useable as an outback / bush camper motorhome
|
" Fitted a remote compressor with an underbody air tank (inflates tire from 30-60psi in 2 minutes
|
" Fitted a 15,000lb winch with control socket in dash
|
" Moved spare wheel from underneath to a rear swing out section to make room for water tanks
|
" Fitted a bike rack to rear swing out section (carries 3 bikes)
|
" Fitted under body side pods for storage, gas one side and lockable storage the other
|
" Fitted a sun visor
|
" Custom roof bars and aluminum roof rack for extra storage above cab
|
" Fitted a 25lt Jerry can holder to rear swing out section (Holds 25lts of Castrol RX)
|
" A third seat has been added over engine compartment, a child safety harness also fitted.
|
" A second Alternator has been fitted to solely charge the AGM house battery.
